Reminds me very much of something that I would have read in Kevin Crossley-Holland’s book of Norse mythology. Excellent work Lisa.

This is my kind of ghost story! The atmosphere in this piece is lovely; Farrell has created a vivid, barren setting that so accurately reflects what is going on in Hulda’s soul. I also appreciated the repeated fire and ice motifs. Most of all…this was visceral and creepy. Great stuff.
